Nestling in the heart of the old village of Chablis, this boutique hotel, built in an 18 century old grain mill, is the best place to appreciate the enjoy life in Burgundy.

Michel and Gwenael Laroche, mixed up a traditionnal architecture and a contemporary design, they imagine this place causy and selective as can be. This place is a first step to the dream, where you can both relax and discover a genuine village, a beautiful vineyard with its grands wines.

The hotel Le Vieux Moulin with only 5 bedrooms and 2 suites gives a really personal atmosphere to each of them ... Thanks to the oak, the bricks, the floor tiles and the wooden floor we have a warm place where you can have a drink in front of the Grands Crus.
